In October 2014, based on the successful cooperation in Railway Rolling Stock with Woosong University, we declared “The College Educational Program in Rail Traffic Operations & Management with Woosong University” to Jilin Province Education Department. On 10thMay 2015, Jilin Province Education Department approved this program and issued the JiJiaoWaiZi [2015] 33 document to agree the cooperation between two schools.
The Jilin Province Educational Department allowed our college to recruit 160 enrollments every year and brought this into line with the general annual higher college enrollment plan. It is a 3-year educational program and the graduates will be issued the Graduation Certificates by Jilin Railway Technology College and Course Completion Certificates issued by Woosong University only if the graduates achieve the academic criteria.
In accordance with the relevant regulations, our college could adjust the number of the cooperative educational program enrollments based on the specific circumstance within the total number of the enrollment plan. The approval of the cooperative educational program in Rail Traffic Operations & Management satisfied the application requirements of Arts students. Through thorough consideration, the number of the cooperative educational program is 180 in Railway Rolling Stock, 100 in Rail Traffic Operations & Management (Both Arts and Science take 50 separately).
During the declaration procedure, the International Communication Center, the Recruitment and Employment Office, the Academic Administration Office, the Financial Department and the Railway Transport Department worked in close collaboration, which represented the working spirit of our college, known as rigorousness, realization and effectiveness. Our college will enhance the teaching affairs managements, bring in the qualified resources and equip professional faculty and staff to improve the quality of cooperative education and talents cultivation.
