With a total enrollment of, ElectricalEngineering Department has a faculty and staff of 27 and about 1,100 students. Thereare 4 specialties, the power supply technology specialty is one of the pilotsof the school and electrified railway technology specialty is one of the demonstrationspecialties ofJilinProvince.

It has 24training roomsincluding an electrical intelligencetraining room,an integrated training site for railway contact network, and another forelectrical power. It has established long-term, steady cooperativerelationships with 11 enterprises such as Jilin Railway Power Supply Section,etc.
